Junior CDM Advisor - Liverpool

We are seeking an ambitious Junior CDM Advisor to join our CDM & Health and Safety Team. This isn’t a graduate role where you’ll shadow someone for 18 months. You’ll be getting stuck in from day one, supporting real projects and working alongside experienced CDM and H&S professionals who’ll help you develop quickly.

You’ll assist in delivering CDM advisory services across a range of construction projects, helping clients, designers, and contractors stay compliant with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations. You’ll get exposure to site visits, project meetings, audits, and compliance documentation – the full picture.

If you’re motivated, curious and serious about building a career in construction health and safety, this is a proper platform to do it.

Why this role exists

AG is investing in this capability to meet growing client demand and establish ourselves as a go-to provider for building safety and regulatory compliance in the North West. The H&S team is growing and we need to strengthen the team to keep pace with demand. This role is about investing in the next generation of CDM professionals, bringing in someone with the right attitude and developing them into someone who can genuinely add value.

  • Support the team’s growing project workload across multiple clients and sectors
