Building Safety Services
We are committed to making sure that health, safety, and welfare are of utmost importance at construction sites. The CDM and Building Safety services provided by us are designed to help clients manage and prevent health and safety risks as per the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015), which are intended for use on all building construction - be it a new construction activity, demolition, renovation or maintenance.
Pre-construction and construction are handled with hands-on expert advice, meaning that health and safety considerations are instilled in each and every element within your project. We are diligent in making sure that health, safety and welfare are provided for on every construction project.
The Building Safety Act 2022 has redefined roles and responsibilities within the built environment. We are keen to assist our clients in understanding and thriving within the new regime, competence, compliance and clarity at every turn.

CDM Principal Designers ensure that information on pre-construction is collected, communicated, and responded to correctly, facilitating proper planning for the designer and contractors. By anticipating possible dangers at an early stage, we eliminate danger prior to construction activity starting, allowing the project team to concentrate on responsible delivery safely. Our task is also to produce and refresh the health and safety file so that information on safety is readily accessible at the project stage.
We are a main designer advisor, and we offer advice that permits CDM regulation and Health and Safety Executive standards compliance. Due to our years of experience, we are able to provide advice that empowers contractors and clients to manage risks comfortably, utilise proper safety measures, and implement maximum standards for safety. This visionary strategy not only benefits the duty holders but also provides maximum security for everyone involved with construction projects.

Clients also have significant duties under the CDM legislation, and our role as client CDM advisors is to elucidate and make them a reality. Our assistance to clients includes advising on their duties, providing guidance on pre-construction information and verification against regulatory requirements. Collaboration with clients at the inception stage enables us to instil safety measures that reduce risks and ensure contractors and designers are engaged, due consideration being given to standards for health and safety.
Our CDM advisory service also enables clients to benefit from having access to resources, experience, and advice that build in safety practices to their projects and business. This means that they are able to sidestep safety issues, remain compliant with the Health and Safety Executive, and establish confidence within the project team. Our clients are able to manage their responsibilities effectively and maintain standards of safety during construction with us.

+ Building Regulations Principal Designer (and Advisor)
The Building Safety Act imposes some fresh obligations upon the Building Regulations Principal Designer, a service we undertake with the same enthusiasm and experience that we would for our CDM service. As a principal designer advisor, we engage with project team members to instil CDM regulations and building regulations into their schemes. We focus on ensuring that the application of the health and safety standards within design techniques at the planning stage minimises risks and maximises compliance.
Through merging our rich experience and hands-on advice, we deliver consultancy services that integrate safety considerations with respective regulatory demands. The dual assistance assists clients, contractors, and designers to handle risks efficiently and ensure that construction work and building design abide by high standards of competency and safety.

+ CDM Principal Contractor Support
The principal contractor has a central role in ensuring safety during the construction phase, and our consultancy services provide practical assistance to strengthen their responsibilities. We help principal contractors prepare and manage the construction phase plan, embed safety measures into site operations, and oversee safety standards in accordance with CDM regulations. Our guidance ensures that the principal contractor complies fully with both legal duties and industry best practices.
We also assist in managing contractors, addressing safety issues as they arise, and coordinating safety information across the project team. By working closely with principal contractors, we provide reassurance that all safety standards are being upheld, risks are being effectively managed, and compliance with the Health and Safety Executive is being maintained. Our support helps create safer construction sites and protects both the project and the business.

+ CDM Designer/Contractor Support
Designers and contractors are CDM Duty Holders and must be responsible for controlling health and safety activity within their operation. We provide advice and support to enable designers to include safety considerations within construction design, providing plans that minimise risks for those constructing and those who maintain afterwards. Consultation assistance supports contractors in bringing the construction phase plan to effect, controlling matters that are safety-related, and transferring information on safety across site activity.
Through the provision of simple advice and access to expert guides, we enable both contractors and designers to fulfil their obligations in perfect alignment with regulatory demands. This support goes beyond ensuring that obligations are met to encouraging preventative practices that reduce possible threats. Through our assistance, contractors and designers improve their understanding, enhance standards for safety, and provide safer deliverables for construction projects.

Clients themselves owe important obligations under the Building Safety Act, and our role as a BSA Client Advisor is to help, clarify, and reassure. We help manage information before construction starts, thus making sure a building is up to the necessary standards for safety, and coordinate their obligations within the project team. Our advisory service ensures that clients are ideally ready to understand and undertake their obligations.
We also provide resources, guidelines, and direction that impart best practices within the customer's overall business procedures. Prioritising prevention and hazard management, we help clients preempt security issues, fortify compliance with regulatory specifications, and provide safer construction projects. Our mission is to provide the information and experience that allows our clients to approach their jobs with competence and confidence.

+ BSA Principal Contractor Support
Principal contractors for the Building Safety Act are mandated to ensure that their practice is in line with standards and regulatory specifications for health and safety. We support them at the construction stage, aiding building safety measures, contractor management, and installation of safety information at the day-to-day operational level on construction sites. Our consultation services make the construction stage plan sound, accurate, and complete and in complete adherence.
We also work in conjunction with chief contractors to manage risks proactively, prevent issues of safety, and complete the project according to CDM and BSA requirements. From our vast experience, we are in a position to provide sound guidance and assistance that strengthens protocols for ensuring safety, complies with standards of safety, and provides confidence that expectations are being met in their full measure.

+ BSA Designer/Contractor Support
Our contractors and designers also have official roles under the Building Safety Act, and we provide the necessary support to perform those roles. We guide the designers on incorporating safety thinking when designing for construction, ensuring that risks are kept at a minimum at every stage. For contractors, we provide advice and assistance in taking construction site safety steps, addressing safety issues and dealing with risks in a competent manner.
Our advisory services also facilitate the preparation of the health and safety file, allowing for accurate documentation of safety information for later use upon completion. Through us, designers and contractors benefit from information, advice, and materials that enhance compliance, drive prevention, and provide safer construction projects within CDM and BSA specifications.
