This role offers flexibility depending on the candidates aspirations - whether that’s team leadership, client management or business development.

The successful candidate will work closely with Richard  Chandler (Team Leader) supporting him on both project and professional work, whilst helping to mentor three junior surveyors.

We’re keeping the level open - this could suit a nearly or recently Chartered Surveyor, a Senior Building Surveyor or an Associate Director looking for their next step.

There is a clear short-term progression opportunity to Team Leader level for the right person.

  • Mentor and develop three surveyors, helping to build capability and confidence with the team.

  • Opportunity to progress to a Team Leader role in the near future, with management responsibility and client leadership.

  • Build long-term partnerships, ensuring delivery excellence and repeat business.

  • Represent the Preston Office in client meetings, pitches and progress reviews.

Business Development & Growth

  • Contribute to the growth of the Preston Office and wider regional business.

  • Play an active role in developing new and existing client relationships to grow the service and your own client base.

  • Be actively involved in identifying and developing new work opportunities.
