One of our in-house Energy Assessors will visit your properties to conduct an energy performance assessment to establish the current rating under the new calculation system.

BREEAM Pre-Assessment
AG will provide advice and an initial view on the sustainability of the proposed development, along with recommendations for elements to be included in the design.
BREEAM Interim Assessment (design stage)
AG will assess the design plans against the relevant BREEAM credits.
BREEAM Final Assessment (post-construction)
AG will inspect the methods and materials used, to enable production of a final BREEAM assessment report with a rating, ready for submission to the Building Research Establishment
