Stuart Carter Takes Part In 128 mile Charity Walk

Stuart joined the Development Team at Trafford Housing Trust to take part in a 128 mile cycle and walk between every development site to raise funds for the Trafford Crisis Fund.

The route goes through Cheshire, up to Manchester and across to Preston, and spans around 128 miles.

The Trafford Crisis Fund was set up to support people living in the Trafford communities. Many are struggling to feed their children, feeling isolated or at risk of losing their job and home. The current Covid-19 crisis has highlighted the need to do more to support each other and the community. The crisis fund will help to raise money to help people in need to access basic provisions such as food and medication, as well as making sure that people who are isolated and vulnerable have someone to talk to. All donations will go to local charities and community groups who are on the front line in helping people in need in the Trafford borough.

Well done to all involved and supporting a great cause.
