As building surveyors, this is what we’re all about. A building survey is the most detailed form of survey and is suitable for all types of property, of all ages. The property will be subject to a thorough
and detailed survey of all readily accessible areas. 

We would always recommend a Building Survey for older buildings such as farm houses, conversions and properties of non-traditional construction such as those made from timber or concrete. A Building Survey is also recommended should the purchaser wish to undertake extensive future alterations as you will be informed of the structural arrangement.

The written survey report, illustrated with colour photographs, will cover all aspects of the construction and condition of the property.  The survey will contain clear recommendations on repairs and any
further actions required for each element of the property. Areas of concern, particularly with respect to future repairs and maintenance, will be clearly highlighted.  A very comprehensive report with the only downside being the time it might take you to read it.
