AG have recently been instructed on a Design and Build Scheme for the Healthcare Sector to provide supported living residential accommodation for a national charity – 6 no dwellings plus office accommodation.
It will be a single stage tender with baseline employer’s requirements which will require development and alignment with specific resident needs once these become known, which will be dealt with via negotiation following the Award of Contract. The estimated value of works is £1.6 million.
