AG have recently been instructed on the refurbishment of a 17th Century, Grade II Listed Farmhouse for a retained Client.
In phased approaches, we have been appointed to undertake the following Services; Building Surveying, Project Management, Contract Administration and Principal Designer.
The first phase is to ensure the building is weather-tight which will require a full roof refurbishment, replacement of existing windows and extensive external structural repairs. The second phase will focus on internal repairs and fit out for a new Tenant.
The Listed building is currently in a state of disrepair (the roof space is even occupied by bats!) and so Team AG are looking forward to seeing the progress.
