AG to undertake cost assessment on Lancaster’s grand theatre

AG are pleased to have been appointed to undertake a Building Reinstatement Cost Assessment to the Grade II Listed Grand Theatre Building in Lancaster.

The theatre, which is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II Listed Building, is one of the oldest theatres in England and the third oldest in Britain.  This wonderful building has undergone numerous extensions and alterations since being built in 1781 however much of the original stone still remains.

The cost assessment is undertaken for insurance purposes to assess the cost of rebuilding a property in the event of total destruction and AG are pleased to be appointed to undertake this assessment on this stunning building in the heart of Lancaster.
